This would be a better place if you didn’t have kids. They don’t have any accessible door entries, so if you have a stroller or have disabilities, it’s extremely hard to get in and out. I went to the package room to retrieve our packages (which are two heavy doors to go through) with my infant in a Doona stroller. I did not want to leave my infant unattended in the entryway, so trying to carry the packages and push him back out the room resulted in his stroller tipping over with him in it. The Glades Leasing and Maintenance Staff provided outstanding service and support upon our move-in. Nicole Boey, Community Manager, with the assistance of her Head Maintenance Supervisor, Ernest; and her Leasing Agent, Shy; went above and beyond in taking care of our needs and requests expeditiously.
