I called on Feb 13th to see if it was possible to get a Valentines Day delivery for my daughter who was vacationing in Steamboat Springs. "Elizabeth" helped me and was very gracious and helpful, during one of their most stressful times of the year. By the end of the call I knew I was in good hands. The flowers arrived earlier than I thought and they were beautiful. Great Customer Service and I would recommend without hesitation!
