I had an amazing Reiki session with Tristan! I followed that with the Himalayan Salt room which was incredible. There’s a reason I traveled nearly an hour to come here….so many great offerings to help with mind, body, and soul. Clean, peaceful, and wonderful staff.
This place is the best! Staff is super friendly and very helpful! Belly Dancing class is so much fun and good for my abs. They hurt for two days after - in a good way! I’ve had massages here, taken yoga classes, used the salt room and tried Arial Yoga! It’s all been a great experience!
Yoga blend with Yvonne was wonderful!! Can't wait to take another class!!
