When I come visit I attend their classes at the studio and other spaces. The instructors are very lovely & knowledgable. Good for all levels & have specialized too.
Smells great as soon as you walk in. The two girls at the front are so kind. Juice was amazing!!
Paula will most likely get this review removed as she seems to do that often, but I will just say that we practice a very different type of yoga. She is rude and dismissive and has made an alarming amount of enemies in the yoga community on this tiny fork. She has the opportunity to create something beautiful but ruins it with her attitude. As someone who has been to her classes, she does not practice what she preaches, yet people just seem to go along with it. Peace and love sis
I'm embarrassed that it's taken me this long to write a review of the Giving Room, given that I've been going to it regularly for a decade. You can tell that Paula (the owner) loves what she does and really puts that love into everything she and her staff do. The rest of the people who work there are also lovely and the entire atmosphere radiates positivity and kindness.
