I had an extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend this lash technician. From the beginning, she seemed frustrated with me because I blinked during the appointment. Every other lash artist I’ve been to simply taps the eyelid or uses other techniques to help, but instead I was repeatedly told to “go to sleep” and that I “look tired,” which I found unprofessional, disrespectful, and insulting. Edit: The business has closed, but the stylists are working at the same location under the new name: V Beauty Lounge Windsor Great service, and great nail designs. They're really good at doing shaped nails like stilettos or coffin too. Only people I trust with my nails anymore.

Today I went for the Balyage my hair! Vivian is so professional and amazing hair stylist! I love her work! I will highly recommended to everyone to visit this Salon!!!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. All of the women at The Girlz Nailz do an amazing job with great talent and make a welcoming, friendly environment every time.

Disappointing experience. My first set a month ago needed to be touched up the same day as the polish was already peeling, once fixed they looked great but was still frustrating I had to return for one nail. Last week I had a full set and pedicure done taking 4.5 hours to have them turn out lumpy and uneven. I went back 3 days later when the salon reopened to have them redone, taking another 90 minutes only to have 3 nails break the next day. I’ve reached out to the salon & haven’t heard back. Waste of TIME and money.
