I only write critical reviews when the service is bad, and the service was bad during my 3 hours in this salon. I don't need much; basic greetings, professionalism, and civility are what I hope for. None of those were on offer that day. I got a good cut, so-so colour (not what I asked for but can live with), and indifference from my stylist and everyone else I encountered. I left feeling bad about being there, and about spending my money there.
Had my very long and thick hair cut for the first time in 3 ish years, and I was SO nervous. Gracie did an amazing job, and got my hair to a perfect length. My hair is so soft and feels/looks so healthy. Thank you so much!
