She is ridiculous. Scares clients. Over charges for copies and staples. Drags things out even before filing or going to court. She costs a fortune and doesn't have a confident winning demeanor, basically she is awful, not a good choice if you're looking for a lawyer.
Kate is a real pleasure to work with! She is flexible, practical, and responsive. She is also very creative in developing reasonable options for settlement. My case took almost three years to be resolved, and Kate did an excellent job of working with me and my accountants to bring it to a successful settlement in private mediation. If you are looking for caring, capable counsel focused on protecting your interests while keeping the costs reasonable, I would highly recommend Kate Gillespie!
