The venue is gorgeous, the customer service was terrible. Both venue contacts, Jenn and Erin, acted as if we were a bother to them. I was the coordinator for the wedding, but I am also a personal friend of the bride and groom. Maybe The Gillespie is used to treating outside vendors or coordinators poorly, but it was unacceptable. My friend's wedding was beautiful but the experience was tainted by the bad attitude of the Gillespie employees.
