Big shout out to Mindy last week during spring break for being such a sweetheart to my daughter & her friend who came up from South Tampa today to purchase simply southern T-shirts. I had called and inquired about the t-shirts and the girls coming in with an older brother. Mindy was so darling to assure me that she would take good care of them and make them feel right at home shopping in the store. Sooo...to support another unfavorable review, SOME of the staff is indeed shady. I asked to use the bathroom and I was told that "our insurance won't allow us to let you use the bathroom". I was sent down to one of the restaurants in the same plaza. I had several hundred dollars worth of purchases accumulated and I felt unnecessarily put off. After speaking with a friend who was "allowed" to use the restroom during her visit, I certainly feel profiled now and cannot in good faith give them any more of my money or send anyone... read more
