Paid for my policy online for a Jan event back in mid december - got the confirmation that i had completed my purchase (card was charged) and they would send my info to the event coordinator. Fast forward to Jan, today, day before the event. the event coordinator calls me asking if I had insurance. Then i call gibson. Bonnie who i spoke to tells me i must've filled out the forms wrong, then tells me to email her and another address of a third party - the email is undeliverable because it didn't exist. NEVER purchase insurance from this sorry excuse for a company I purchased my policy on dec 18, PAID I got the confirmation email saying they’d send my policy information Never got it A MONTH LATER They said I must have selected an option that didn’t exist and they had no record of my application yet they took my payment and there was 3 other insurance parties involved and Bonnie couldn’t give me a straight answer, they dropped my application despite taking my money Bonnie REFUSED to help me over the phone, she said it was my... read more
