I bought flood insurance and only had it for a couple of months. I was supposed to get a refund but they kept saying they sent it by mail or direct deposit but we never got it. She is now ghosting me . I have been trying to get this refund since early November. NOBODY will call me back .. Neptune flood insurance through Gibraltar.. I have a string of emails indicating I am due this refund . Why is it that nobody will talk to me??????
