The person who scheduled our appointment was very flexible and accommodating, even with my need to reschedule twice. I recently had my carpets cleaned, and I must say, the service was outstanding! Brantley and his team did an incredible job on my over 1,200 square feet of carpet, including the stairs and an area rug. The previous owners had a dog, so there was a lot of pet dander, stains, and hair that regular vacuuming and spot treatments just couldn't handle. Instead of just taking our money and proceeding with the job, the team provided an honest evaluation of what was needed.
