I have used several carpet cleaning services before, so I was a bit unsure when someone recommended Randall after a small house fire in McLean. Randall gave me a clear, honest estimate and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets throughout my home. The carpets now look almost brand new, even after years of heavy use and no professional cleaning. Great work!

Two carpet cleaning professionals showed up right on time. I have an older couch that my dog loves to nap on, so it was pretty stained and dirty. I figured cleaning it was worth a try before replacing it, since my dog would probably just use any new one the same way. I didn’t expect all the stains to come out, but after the cleaning, the couch looks almost brand new. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend their carpet and upholstery cleaning services to anyone. I wish I had taken before and after photos!
update to my previous review: i was so happy with malachi and the carpet cleaning service that i asked him to come back to clean more carpets. this time, he cleaned two area rugs for me—one is a white and light grey rug and the other is a valuable pink oriental rug. i also had three staircases with light beige carpet that were pretty dirty and stained from daily use. once again, malachi did an amazing job—my carpets look brand new, maybe even better than before! i totally trust him to clean any kind of fabric in my home, eve... read more
