The price quoted over the phone matched exactly what I paid, with no pressure to add extra services or upsell stain protection or other products. I really appreciated the honest pricing and straightforward carpet cleaning service. After dealing with a bad experience from another carpet cleaner before, th... read more

The appointment was right on time, and Brian explained how the cleaning process would lift deep dirt, treat spots, and refresh the carpet fibers without any confusion. He worked carefully, professionally, and efficiently, and it was easy to see he knew the right way to handle high-tra... read more
