I have had my carpets cleaned by several different companies in the past, but this was by far the best carpet cleaning service I have experienced. My carpet is ivory colored, which makes it really tough to keep clean, especially in the high-traffic areas that were very dirty. My technician, Brian, took the time to explain the treatment needed for the stains and went over the whole cleaning process with me. He was very thorough and professional. I will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended!
Brian and Ezra did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I live in a rental home in Memphis where the previous tenants had several pets. At first, the carpets looked okay, but after a while, stains and odors started to show up. The team was very professional and paid close attention to detail. Sometimes I get my carpets cleaned every six months, sometimes I wait a bit longer depending on my budget, but I always come back to this company. I am very happy with the service and results from The Giants Carpet Cleaners. Brian was a great communicator and let me know exactly when he would arrive. Their prices are unbeatable. The carpet I needed cleaned was in an apartment I am moving into in Memphis, and it had a strong odor of wet dog. Brian worked his magic and even came back to clean the carpet again before my move-in, making sure everything was perfect.
