Our carpets were steam cleaned by Brian, who did an amazing job getting out a tough, sticky silly putty spot that we couldn’t remove no matter what we tried. This really saved us from having to spend more money patching or replacing that area. He also pointed out that our grout was actually a different color than it looked, since we weren’t the first owners and didn’t know what it was supposed to be.
