Best carpet cleaning service I have used, and here is why. When we moved into our place in Memphis, we had the carpets cleaned by another service, paid over 200, and a stain in a high traffic area was still there. We were told it would never come out. They arrived just a little behind schedule, but Brian called ahead to let me know, which I really appreciated.
