Would give no stars if possible. Technician tries to upsell me a service for almost 5 times the normal price. I end up paying double for just a basic cleaning. Come to find out they didn’t even clean the duct properly and they clean the area like they said they would. Probably because I refused their upsell tactic so they wanted to pull a fast one on me.
