NP Elzbieta and Dr Carpentier guided me from preconception care to placing me in the best hands for endometriosis surgery with Dr Sticco, and now throughout pregnancy as we are expecting our first baby boy! I am forever grateful for their exceptional care and dedication to improving patient outcomes.
I spoke with the receptionist Rebeca from Giana Center over the phone. She had previously given me the Catholic Health phone number. I called back about ten minutes later to confirm something, and when she answered, she did not identify herself. Got read a Bible verse and told I can’t have fertility testing despite a well documented endometriosis diagnosis because I am not married. To add insult to injury, I’m an employee. Deplorable. Don’t waste your time if you are already frustrated by a difficult diagnosis - this will only upset you more.
The entire staff here at the Gianna Center especially Dr. Carpentier and Erika have been nothing but amazing. From the day I came in March 2024 until now they helped me get through a tough time and helped me where I am now to conceive a baby naturally. The entire Gianna Center staff is not only extremely competent, but also incredibly caring. The sanctity of human life is truly reverenced and that is not something that you can find in many areas of medicine. Very grateful to be under their care, don’t know if some of my children would exist without them!
