The George hotel is super awesome The staff is exceptional you got Bakari Abhi Sonya Cameron and Tyler all holding down the front desk with ease and providing exceptional service/hospitality. Then you got the housekeeping staff that leaves your room spotless and somehow has your room ready for an early check in most the time shoutout to Qua, Lorie, Felicia, Betty, Alice, Sean, Brian, and more. Preston was amazing for my stay, he helped with luggage and was very friendly and knew all the good spots to eat. Will definitely be back and recommend people to this hotel.

Located downtown in walking distance to everything. Rooms were immaculate, beds comfortable, and front desk guys (I didn't get their names, sorry) were helpful and polite. Definitely a place not only to stay, but experience.
The George is wonderful! The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the decor is upscale with a Low Country feel; however, at least one piece of artwork in the guestroom would have added to the ambiance.
