The George was simply amazing! The staff were friendly and accommodating making sure our stay was perfect. The hotel looks even better in person surprisingly than photos. Ea h room is designer decorated. The hotel has a lively outside bar area called Eliza with views of the river. If you are staying anywhere within 20 miles of Georgetown this is a not miss place to stay with a cute town with phenomenal restaurants. The George was simply amazing! Super cute boutique hotel in a popular shopping and eating area! Wish I could've stayed longer.
Loved my stay at The George Hotel. The building has so much charm, and the rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable. The staff made me feel genuinely taken care of from the moment I arrived. Being able to walk to the waterfront and all the great spots in Georgetown was a huge plus. A perfect mix of history and modern comfort.
The hotel is a well-run, comfortable and clean, hospitable place located in the heart of the city’s main commercial district. I highly commend the service staff for their courteous and efficient performance, and especially commend ‘Abbi’, one of the most helpful, friendliest and engaging front-desk manager I’ve ever met.
