Amazing building, great ap layout, has gym, parking. Neighbors are great and excelente building manager.
Terrible, no action!
Stay away!! The people on strata got this weird agenda, none of the money from the strata goes for anything for the building but cleaning the windows once a year. Had to push to get the gym equipment fixed, never happend , they changed two old bubble TVs finally. Two years ago they said they going to replace the grass outside with artificial ones to give the building a nice clean look, two years later still nothing. People in the strata are stealing the money. Also Steve Maddess Strata Manager of first services is a thief
