The doctors at this clinic are perfectly fine but it has the most rude and unprofessional receptionists (specifically the practice manager/head receptionist) I have ever spoken to in my life. She is incredibly condescending, displays absolutely no empathy or compassion and is one of the single most unpleasant people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Stay far away if you value your mental health at all.
Daylight Robbery! Waited 12 months for an appt, price of $550 was sent in the booking message, drove an hour and a half to the appt and find out they increased their fee by $200. When I queried about the message she pointed aggressively at the consult fees list and said regardless the appt is $750. When I wanted to cancel, since I didn't have the money on me, the receptionist told me to think about my son and his care.. RUDE! The appt had nothing to do with the wellbeing of my son, was simply to be able to get a script. Luck... read more
I waited 18 months for an appointment after begging them for a second opinion that whole time. When I finally got my turn they refused to diagnose me and treat me because I was on a community treatment order, even though she knew that the diagnosis I had been given was incorrect. They have no ethics and turn a blind eye to abuse of patients in the public system, refusing to help. This is not fair on me. I deserve a correct diagnosis.
