TGC staff are professional and compassionate. The receptionists are always polite, friendly and genuinely interested in how clients are feeling. Any questions are always respectfully and appropriately answered. On entering the reception area , I find the environment is calming but has the warmth of a friendly and safe space. With services stretched to the limit in the whole health industry, I highly recommend TGC to provide quality services from doctors, TMS and reception staff.
As it has been said before the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional it’s definitely not a nice experience having to deal with her, specially if you are in a bad mental space. She should be replaced
I've been seeing Dr Elena Krylova for a few years now - she's an amazing psychiatrist and has helped me the most out of any previous mental health professionals. I'd highly recommend her and I hope she gets many awards and accolades
Very unprofessional. Yes Dr Proud retired but offered no help or to see another Dr just told find somewhere else. As someone who has been medicated since a very young age and seeing Dr Proud for many many years and just dropped like that and cannot get in anywhere else. Reporting to the medical board as this will have very bad effects on people’s health and wellbeing.
The doctors at this clinic are perfectly fine but it has the most rude and unprofessional receptionists (specifically the practice manager/head receptionist) I have ever spoken to in my life. She is incredibly condescending, displays absolutely no empathy or compassion and is one of the single most unpleasant people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Stay far away if you value your mental health at all.
