I have had good experiences in the past having an appointment.. but the one time you want to be a walk in it was horrible. Was told ,20 min in, i would be the 3rd one to be next but after seeing 5 people being seated and a hour later they came back to tell me. Ohh no , one more person after you.. walked out very frustrated..

Hard pass ever again and you should too. On the plus side the employees were polite. #1 Asked for #2 on sides and in the back, I ended up leaving looking like I was going into Marine Corps boot camp. At that point any barber can ask you how does it look and regardless of what you say it's already way too late as was my case. #2 Twenty five seconds of a handheld massager does not qualify as a shoulder / neck massage so don't bother listing it as some sort of added benefit to an already expensive hair cut. #3 Insult on top of ... read more

Don’t buy a membership, I sent several cancellation emails and i still got charged. Horrible way of doing business. 0 stars.

I did not like the haircut, I did not say anything because I did not want to be rude. I asked for a low taper on the sides and that was fine, what really bothered me is the back and the front. I asked for a blowout taper and messed up my hair badly, I have small cuts and dents on the back of my hair, the top portion of the back of my hair was way longer than the bottom since he cut the bottom to the point I had no hair. I asked for my hair infront of me to be on top of my eyebrows yet he exceeded it by a lot.
