The noise from the emergency vehicles after midnight is not very pleasant. The AC unit failed and the 1st time they replaced it leaked into the below apartment; every time I turned it on it was horribly loud. It was replaced twice. Parking is very expensive.
BEWARE never received my security deposit back. After I applied for unit, unfortunately wasn't approved. They never returned my security deposit back onto my debit card , like they said they would. SMH bad business
great place to drink, gamble, and eat. Also good for sightseeing.
Okay so I sent you the pictures. So this pipe burst and I'm just responsible for everything. My increased power bill the laundry I had to do after you increased the prices the carpet they drug all their stuff through the mess they made in my bathroom and the inconvenience with my pet because of the several fans in my apartment that I wasn't able to put him in my kitchen because he gets seziures when anxious so he peed on my carpet. Just all that I have to pay for?
the apartment was not worth the price..did not have ceiling fans..only had overhead lights on bathroom and the kitchen..the only person in the office who was friendly was Erin..
RecommendedDowntown, walking distance to the arch, landing and casinos. Easy access to Interstates, parking. Nice view of the Arch, River traffic from the observation decks and rooftop pools, seemingly well maintained by the staff.
i wouldnt recommend this place I am not impressed with the experience I have had over the past several weeks.

Awesome place, rooftop pool deep enough to dive in, easy access parking, beautiful apartments, Excellent Management, I could go on and on, been here almost 8 years, Love it! Didn’t see where you Mark 5 stars, I give it 10 stars!
