I had an easy visit purchasing a gift card for my husband on 2/13/24 for Valentine's Day, that stated it needed to be used by 2/14/28. He tried to redeem it in April 2024, and the business had closed and left no forwarding address. They were more than happy to take my money with no indication that we would be unable to actually use the service that was purchased. No option available to contact and request a refund.

The only barbershop that I've been to in 28 countries that wants you to feel grateful that you had the opportunity to get a haircut and not the other way around. They never have appointments for haircuts, are always booked, and close on crucial days. And they act like they don't need your money. Very interesting concepts. Haircuts was decent. Not cheap, but why would you want cheap? Talented hair dressers with lots of experience. Old fashioned barbershop vibes, will definitely make this my go to spot whenever I decide to clean up my look!
