Quote for a price and charged you double. Also, they charge 4x more than other places. Would not recommend.
I got a quote for a new furnace that was over $12000. They ask you to sign at the end of their 3 hr talk when they came to look at it. Don't sign I am sure you would sign a contract without knowing it. I did not and the plumber got upset about it. They are about 2.5 times more expensive than other plumbers. The lady who came measured my house at 2000 ft2 it has only 1200 ft2 (I measured it) not sure how she came up with that. I'm editing my review because after a pretty bad experience with them, they tried super hard to make it right. They sent us a gift card for dinner, and Beth was a wonderful woman to talk to. I truly do appreciate the effort that this company put into helping to better our experience. That's not something a lot of companies do.
