Cypress the blonde barber is MAMAZING love her work, very happy.. great attitude and customer service. I will be changing shops. She came highly recommend and I was not disappointed
Do not go see Marco. The quality of service was lacking, he goes MIA if you try to contact him to fix a problem he made, he neglected a whole step of the service we paid for, and the other barber refused the help or even see what we needed fixed. He "didnt have time" was one of the things that were said, but he had no other customers. No issue with homegirl or the lighter-haired guy. They actually were busy. I hope you two go to a better company, so yall dont get pulled down by the bad apples.
