I booked an appointment for 1130 today. I walked in at 1120 to let them know I was there. I sat patiently watching people come and go. At 1140 I saw a person leave what I assume was my barbers chair only for another person to sit down. At 1150 I walked out and left. I called in to verify I was not going to be charged. Although the owner is a friend of mine, this review is based on the professionalism and quality I’ve witnessed firsthand.
