Overall, excellent barbershop; hospitable environment; Moe is an excellent barber and did my first cut as a newcomer to Ann Arbor; Ink and Hook are also great guys.

Unprofessional! Spoke with Ink on the phone requesting an appointment. He then sends me a link to book said appointment for 10am this morning. My appointment was booked & even confirmed.I arrived in a timely manner and Ink was not present. I waited 15 minutes. Still no show. The Barber present in the shop instruct me he tends to run late so u should call. I called and got no answer. The barber then called & told him I was waiting. Let me start by saying first of all I don't think I ever could say enough good things about Daniel the gentleman that I had my experience with. Initially I called to make sure that they had available appointments right away. I also done my homework before chosing whom I would take a leap of faith with.
