Hassan is great at his craft, and I didn’t so much mind that he was running behind (seems like he was being overbooked by a glitch in their system—it happens,) but the guy does 50% socializing and 50% working the entire time. He stopped many times—for quite a bit each time—to socialize and it was just disrespectful of clients times. It got to the point where I started counting each time and how long.
