Doctor was not present at all during my appointment. My appointment was confirmed 2 weeks earlier. Some technician did my ultrasound and she informed I had some issues. I spoke to a male while he explained my diagnosis and my OBGYN told me he got the call from Dr Walker. I never spoke to Dr Walker at all and it was just the technician and doctor speaking to each other.
I had a really positive experience at Genesis OB/GYN Ultrasound Group. Dr. C. Walker and their team were top-notch during my 22-week anatomy scan. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the technology was impressive. The tech that did my ultrasound was the kindest. She made me feel comfortable even when I threw up in the office. I love this place
Poor customer service. My wife called ahead for our ultrasound to see if we could bring our children. She was told the children have to be masked. When we arrived with our children, the woman at the front door unapologetically told us no children were allowed. We could’ve saved a lot of trouble had that question been answered clearly over the phone.
