Pathetic service Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever received at any dining/drinking establishment in my life. I waited in the "oder Line" for 15 minutes (which seems likle a life time when you actually have to wait that long). But wait....it gets better. After that, I waited 45 minutes for 3 Hot Chocolates. It was busy, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was the 5 people working behind the bar making coffee, hot chocolate and simple meals were COMPLETELY overwelmed and only had one gear. Sit and have a cup of coffee Putting a coffeehouse on the Downtown Garland Square was a stroke of genuis. Serving coffee,snacks, and sandwiches makes this a great place to sit back and use the wifi.
The Generator Coffee House Love this atmosphere. The jewel of downtown Garland. Coffee is smooth, no afterbite, easily enjoyed coffee beverages, cookies and muffins. Sandwiches made to order and a couple of soups of the day. Friendly waitstaff eager to please. Groups can have meetings and lunches etc. Saw red hat ladies,students and business people. Tammy has wii avaibility so take your laptops and enjoy.
