What an awful customer experience. We have been renovating a house as owner-builders in the South West for over a year and in the last 3 or 4 months have been popping in to the General Store to get ideas for furniture in our living rooms and bedrooms with a view to purchasing pieces when the build is finished and we think we've selected the right items. Absolutely Amazing! I purchased a stunning round marri table with four chairs on Tuesday. They were delivered to Rockingham today. The delivery guys were excellent; called and texted with times and were spot on. The Table and chairs are perfect. We love the General store, and the quality of workmanship is the best in Perth. Have been buying furniture from here for the last 10yrs and it still looks amazing.
Such a friendly woman running the store, purchased a TV Unit and Coffee Table (I painted the base because I didn't like it being gold). If you're looking for quality timber furniture or something a bit different, well worth the visit.
This is a truely wonderful furniture shop. The display area is beautifully laid out with lots of amazing pieces. There is a lot of items to view but it's not all packed in so tightly that you can't see individual items in isolation as you look around. All the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable.
