I have been coming to this gym for the past 7 years now, and The GPT is the best place to visit whether you are a CrossFit enthusiast or wanting to try something new in your fitness journey. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming, and I promise you will leave every workout feeling accomplished about yourself and what your body can do! Highly recommend coming to see what it’s all about. You will leave with some new friends and a great workout :)
Would definitely recommend! I dropped in from out of town today. Barrette and his staff were extremely welcoming when I arrived. Pate lead an awesome class and made me feel at home! She is a great coach and lead a dynamic warmup and gave plenty of instruction during the class. You can tell these coaches between Barrette, Pate and Tori are extremely knowledgeable about fitness but not intimidating at all!
