My experience with my claim has been a complete nightmare. My adjuster is non responsive, and my investigator sounds completely incompetent to resolve my problem. My car was hit, I’m already having to go through all this stress and I can’t even get decent help from the insurance company go figure!! Their policy holder hit my vehicle and I need my car repaired yesterday. At this point they are making me feel like a criminal on trial! I’ve given them everything that has been asked of me.
Its 9:40 am, doors are closed, no answer on the phone, What's going on??, and they close at 5pm;
