I added a second vehicle to my policy Nov. Of '24. Got insurance cards and everything. Well, The General dropped it out of nowhere, and never sent any notification or anything, leaving me driving uninsured for like... 6 months. Now they won't even insure it or try when I tried adding it back? They at least sent me the original cancellation email when I called, couldn't bother to send one when they cancelled it. What a joke.
I have them but I admit they're strange. They do things different than previous insurance companies I've been with but like they say, we should always shop around for the most affordable rate and in my case they were it. But they also say you get what you pay for. I paid my insurance 30 minutes before it said it was due, so what, it was still within the timeframe. But I noticed the next day on the app it said I had a lapse so I called to follow up. The representative is gonna tell me I paid at 11pm central time lol. I'm east... read more
Worst company ever to deal with stay away .. they dont call you back when trying to find out info from accident
Would do zero stars if you could when you got full coverage and they say you don't got liability insurance on your behalf
