I rate my experience a 0-10 , I’ve payed you guys with no complaints every month , I’m in Miami stuck with a tire flat , I called about 4 time for someone to help me and noone could find a roadside assistance to help me , I’m stuck in the rain , I have to go somewhere that’s an emergency. Abused unsatisfied GENERAL member. Just hot priced gauged by the GENERAL 387.00 for June premium instead of $217.00. Seriously? Horrible experience. Settlement please for this abuse. It NOT TOLERATED it seems. Not to mention a 2 month premium PAUSE for this payment abuse it seems IMMEDIATELY PLEASE.. Annett I am a loyal member I DESERVE better.

This company is ridiculous, can't get paid from them,then they blame the shop for holding the car. Here accept our photocopy of a pymnt and the checks in the mail... ya okay
