This is by far the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. 3 months of paying 171 and you all still never did what you were supposed to and send my sr22 info to the state. I got fed a line of lies every time I called. I will never in my life speak in a positive way on behalf of this company. This company robs you lies to you and doesn't do their job. I currently have an open claim with The General Insurance Company, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. It’s been several days with no contact from anyone regarding my claim. My calls go straight to voicemail, and no one returns messages or texts. I’ve even reached out to the manager listed on file — still no response. The General took money out of my account for tge 2nd time! There wasn't a notice before the transaction! This caused a know debit to be uncollected. So I was charged a UCF FEE (UNCOLLECTED) $27.50. BAD business.....
