Horrible!!! Currently dealing with a claim already did everything on my end the other party didn't have insurance which I'm still covered under uninsured, the adjuster was out of office which is fine but when they were scheduled to return the voicemail updated to another 15 days out. I got in contact with the Supervisor and never heard back from him, ridiculous that they are ready to collect payment when it's due but can't hold up their end as an insurance company. Called their customer support line, they answered, and then put me no hold and never picked up. Just left me on hold for an hour until I eventually hung up.

If I could give a review with no stars I would. Their claims department is horrible. I've had my car sitting in the shop waiting for over a month to get fixed. And because of some Royal screw up on their end they have not got to start work on it yet. On top of that, the adjuster I had is completely incompetent and rude and was calling me a liar saying I didn't have an additional driver when I've had an additional driver for a year on this policy.
