The worst car insurance company some who has them and ot my car 3 weeks ago and they still have not pd me the money they owe me
Called for a quote on a 6 car policy the guy who I spoke with had zero customer service experience he sounded like he was dead and hated his job I wanted to rip my eyes out on the phone with him the. There’s their automated system which is ridiculously worse!!!! Ugh

Getting someone to help me on the phone is nearly impossible. The first lady just hangs up..then everyone else sends me to a voicemail. Not only was I sent to the worst repair shop..Gerber collision. But my insurance isn't even checking my car to see if the job was done right. Which in fact it wasn't. The General has been very difficult to communicate with. I'm currently on the phone 17 minutes of just ringing for the operator and no answer.
