This company is a sham of an insurance for automotive. Their insured hit and run my family and I in 2019. They told me to take it to a "preferred" body shop in our hometown and now we are having warranty issues on the workmanship and they are denying that the said shop was a preferred shop even though they are closed now for good. I dont have the general but I was in a accident over a month ago the faulted driver was insured by the general he was given a ticket and he told the police it was his fault he cut me off. The general has taken over a month to get back to me and said that there only gonna pay 70% i pay the other 30 when I had the green light and the faulted driver had a blinking yellow turn signal.
