I dont have the general but I was in a accident over a month ago the faulted driver was insured by the general he was given a ticket and he told the police it was his fault he cut me off. The general has taken over a month to get back to me and said that there only gonna pay 70% i pay the other 30 when I had the green light and the faulted driver had a blinking yellow turn signal. The stupid AI roboto is horrible. I literally had to cuss at the robot. Also got transferred 4 times and on hold.
I am writing to file a formal complaint against The General Insurance Company for their complete failure to handle a claim in a timely, professional, and ethical manner following a motor vehicle accident that occurred six weeks ago.
