He hit my car when he came back into the roadway (he used a driveway end to pass in).... AND THEN FLED.!! Absolutely terrible company. Not mine but the guy who hit me was at fault and this is his company.
Funny when I reverse search this phone number not even google says this is THE GENERAL insurance. I saw some other numbers and they are related to scams. I will not trust this organization because they are not even trying to be known as the official THE GENERAL insurance. I will now go with another company.
So I was rear ended by a General auto insurance customer. He was sighted by police at the seen. Call to file a claim with the general that process went ok. Then there was the claims adjuster... Horrible. Ms Dimound Reese I don't ever call you back or want to to my job. This woman is horrible will not return calls. Has failed to take my statement after I basically did her job for her.
