Walked in ,no appointment,no call ahead. Very pleased with them finding car insurance at 1/3 of the price I had been paying. Thank you.
Was told an agent will get back with me after calling over the phone, 4 hours later still no phone call. I decided to call a different location I spoke to 3 different people who all said let me transfer you. It’s almost like none of them wanted to help me with a policy. After finally talking to someone who tried to help me get the insurance she hangs up the phone in the middle of the conversation and never calls back. I’m going with someone else.. This tells me what I need to know about the company.
Said they don't cover ford sho. Insurance in this state sucks commissary needs to be fired.you make a. Claim hitting potholes. They triple your rates
