I would not recommend this company. Awful communication, they never return phone calls. I had a maintenance contract with them for a year never came out, when asked about it they said had came and technicians left no notes of any services done. I found this company to be distrustful and unreliable. Take your business elsewhere!!!
All I can say the service, technicians and Office Personnel were excellent. Very Professional and knowledgeable. Had my new Kohler Generator up and running by the afternoon. Had an issue with the App but Dan walked me right through it. No Problems. Should you want a Generator before Hurricane I suggest you contact this company. The price was much better than the other Generator Companies.
