We loved this house and the location! I would give it a 5 but for the price it had a few issues. The outside tv was broke and owners knew but did not disclose, the garbage can drawer was broken again not disclosed, and if you use only one hair dryer anywhere in the house it blew the fuse to an entire bedroom and the 2nd living room and took a few hours to cool down and come back on. The place was just as advertised and looked just like the pictures. It is a very easy walk to all the shops and restaurants and pretty much right next to the beach. If you’re staying in Clearwater and need at least 4-6 bedrooms this is your place!!! Also the location keeps you away from the parts of the beach that are overcrowded. Just wonderful!
Stayed at the Akoya House with The Gemma, it was absolutely gorgeous! I had my bachelorette there and it was perfect for it. The house was beautiful and has plenty of space, a gorgeous pool and was super close to the beach! Would highly recommend staying here!!
