We worked with Shelly for my wedding band and she was absolutely amazing. I had some issues with my engagement ring not sitting flush with any band (made from a different company) and Shelly was so supportive in making sure I was able to get the band I wanted. I brought in my grandmas diamonds to use for my band, but I was short one diamond that was needed. Shelly put the extra diamond in my band at no cost! Not just anyone would be willing to do that.
