Overpriced. Fake granite countertops. Tiny showers. Bad management. Cheap, pourus paint. Not enough parking. Bad neighborhood, your car has a high chance of getting broken into. Does not include window covering for huge windows. Laundry closet doors constantly break.
Upon moving in on the first day there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. They allegedly fixed this. After a few months the ceiling began leaking yet again. They allegedly fixed it again. The landlord is a party animal and lives at the complex. He consistently parties on the weekends and often had people over in the halls being loud, and even making out on the bench.
