Good and efficient
Had problems with car sticking in gear. Other garage tried several times to fix the problem, but failed. These guys did thorough diagnostics and found the actual problem. They fixed it here and the car is now running smoothly. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend these knowledgeable guys. They know their stuff.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING !! My poor elderly mother has been waiting for her car to be fixed for over 8 months !!! Every time they call up, they say 'they're waiting for a part'. My mother is in her 70s and hasn't the energy to keep chasing them so the task has fallen to the family to take on. All the calls I have put in and not be answered and no call backs have been received. My mother hasn't been able to visit her new born grandchild because she has no car. We are reporting this company to the Citizen's Advice Bureau.
Terrible service, Terrible workmanship. Did not honour warranty. Lost a lot of money.
Use this company at your peril ! Had my noisy manual gearbox rebuilt the first week in July 2024 by the Bournemouth branch (told it would take 5 days) Gearbox had to be removed again following the reconditioning due to "an incorrectly seated bearing" Within 50 miles gearbox noisy again. Given various excuses until Brendan a Company Director informed me that "insufficient oil had been put back into the gearbox" and that it was "burnt out" This 3rd rebuild meant the gearbox was sent to Faversham as " They have more experience ... read more
