Terrible service, Terrible workmanship. Did not honour warranty. Lost a lot of money.
Use this company at your peril ! Had my noisy manual gearbox rebuilt the first week in July 2024 by the Bournemouth branch (told it would take 5 days) Gearbox had to be removed again following the reconditioning due to "an incorrectly seated bearing" Within 50 miles gearbox noisy again. Given various excuses until Brendan a Company Director informed me that "insufficient oil had been put back into the gearbox" and that it was "burnt out" This 3rd rebuild meant the gearbox was sent to Faversham as " They have more experience ... read more

Wonderful service, honest and professional from start to finish. Was quoted £3000 for the work I wanted done to cure the problem I had with auto box snatching gears. Picked up car and paid my bill of £110. That’s why I would not only trust them again, I recommend them most highly, and they deserve (Andy, Craig and all the staff) to be praised most highly.
