Poor company culture would be an understatement. This shop has extensive discrimination and bullying that goes overlooked.They have access to camera footage but refuse to inspect when involving workers with seniority. Never been more uncomfortable in any work setting prior. They remember nothing you communicate, disregard notices and provide no training with no developed and implemented respiratory protection program for situations in which permissible exposure limits of airborne contaminants are exceeded. Company provided a quality product in a timely manner, communication was flawless, and the staff was amazing when it came to answering any of my questions. Would highly recommend doing business with them.
Not a trustworthy shop!!! Company lost items that I personally packaged and shipped directly to them. My client has been without their vehicle for an additional week and my company had to spend an additional $400 to recoup this lost part. I do appreciate the $100 compensation, but I focus more on the principle at hand. You clearly lost the parts to this vehicle; I will no longer use your company or recommend anyone to your company.
Found them online. Company looked to be good business to deal with. Ordered a T case and installed myself. I made sure to check used parts for failure. Everything seemed to be good when installed. Had a minor leak on the front output shaft seal right away. Which has gotten worse as time goes by. I did everything on my part to activate my warranty. I emailed them to ask about the warranty.
