Bad experience. Ordered parts and they were late for delivery. Called them day after day and each time they promised to call me back. It newer happened so I had to go different places.
I got a welcoming feeling the second I walked through the door. The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable, and they clearly explain everything to you before they start doing any work on your vehicle. I definitely recommend them.
Had another good experience with the Gear Centre (formerly Gears & Rears) and their sister company Pats Driveline. Aidan was great to work with, vibration issues were diagnosed and repaired quickly, and pricing was fair. Probably the 4-5th time I have dealt with them from axle seals, diff repairs, and transmission swaps, and they never disappoint. Keep up the great work!
I brought my truck in here and the service was amazing. Super trustworthy people, I thought I had a bad U-joint so we scheduled a time to get it fixed. After a Quick Look they saw that my U-joint was fine and it was actually some bolts connecting my transmission to the engine. He told me it was a super quick and easy fix and didn’t charge me for it. I will definitely be back for any driveline issues or upgrades because I know they’re hardworking and honest people. 10/10 would come back again
