Emailed back and forth multiple times, went in in store for a quote. And they failed to get back to me about a gear ratio change. Poor service, not professional.
Not worth buying differentials brand new. They never stand by their product. Just buy the gears and bearing and install it yourself rather leave stranded on warranty when it fails coz their products do fail especially diffs. They all play the act very nicely to throw away any claims made by the customer. We had couple diffs from them as we are diesel repair shop and every-time their product failed and they never cover it infact pushing to buy a brand new one. These guys are amazing. Rear differential issues were diagnosed and fixed. Great communication, price and workmanship. Truck runs and sounds like the day I bought it. Thank you guys so much and will be telling everyone about my experience with The gear center. A+ and im extremely happy!
