We were informed earlier today.That's the the elevators are not working.And we have an appointment tomorrow, and they wanted us to know, in case we don't want to do stairs. We've only been there once before. And I don't remember if we're on the 1st floor or not. And nowhere does it say, what floor my doctor is on. So now I have to wait till morning to call and try to get through.And find out if we're even going to be going to the doctor.
I have been a patient at this Orange location for ten years and never had any serious problems until now. During the entire 2025, the prescription department (dept.) was being unclear with my medication records on MyChart and causing unnecessary delays in communication. Every effort for me to speak up about these problems was dismissed as irrelevant by one Practice Manager. The worst service I have ever had. Not withstanding the Dr. is super. He diagnosed me in only 3 minutes. The staff wont call me back, won't follow-up, they give wrong numbers for faxing referrals. They will argue even it they are wrong. This process, so far, is 6 month into it, and I still don't know what step in the process I am in. It is horrible .
Rude staff at check in. My husband is hard of hearing the receptionist was very rude.
I would not recommend this facility. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was not seen until over an hour later. During my visit, I found the staff and nurses to be unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. For those seeking timely and respectful care, I suggest exploring alternative providers.
