I attended Michele’s and Dari’s yoga and acupuncture today. I really enjoyed the combination. I came away so relaxed. Dari’s class was gentle and Michele’s expertise with the needles painless and right to the “point.” Definitely recommend this. Thank you both.

This was an amazing experience I recommend this to people who are struggling with anxiety and depression and any chronic pain I left feeling very relaxed I feel like I am in a vortex .
I received an acupuncture treatment and within one visit my foot pain which kept me from teaching my dance and fitness classes was gone within a week. I would like to come back and I’m hoping I can find a more comfortable position next time I return.
This is not your parent's acupuncture!! I have utilized acupuncture by a myriad of practitioners over the years, but none with this approach. Michelle uses quite a bit of needles for one treatment, which surprised me at first, but after ONLY two sessions, she has moved my energy my than any other acupuncturist I have worked with in the past. Her work is transformative!!
