I hosted my son a birthday party there on Saturday night June 7,2025. The building was very nice and clean. It was plenty of room in the building. The bar area and the pool table was a big hit. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a reasonable place to rent. I was able have the building from 11am Saturday until 1:00am Sunday morning. I would rent it again.
The building is older, dated, but well kept with a reasonable price. Can use some upgrading and a coat of paint. It served its purpose and the building itself; I will give a 4. The owner, on the other hand, didn't buff and shine the floors before our event, which he said he would do. The floors weren't cleaned. I had to sweep the floors of glitter and other decrotive items as well as dirt before we used the building. I took pictures and sent them to him.
