The building is older, dated, but well kept with a reasonable price. Can use some upgrading and a coat of paint. It served its purpose and the building itself; I will give a 4. The owner, on the other hand, didn't buff and shine the floors before our event, which he said he would do. The floors weren't cleaned. I had to sweep the floors of glitter and other decrotive items as well as dirt before we used the building. I took pictures and sent them to him.
