If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. The customer service lady at this store was extremely rude.I will never go back again.
We just wanted to buy some snacks and ice cream for the kids, but the woman working in the store was extremely rude. She said she had the right to refuse to sell us anything. An infuriating shopping experience, it even made us feel like we were facing discrimination.
Extremely rude and disrespectful experience. I went into the store with my children to buy ice cream. While we were looking at the ice cream, the owner/staff member came over and asked whether we were actually going to buy anything. She then told us not to walk around because “there are too many of you, I can’t watch all of you.” I asked her why she needed to watch us, and instead of explaining herself, she responded, “I can remove you from my store.” We were legitimate customers who were there to make a purchase. I visited casino Rana for the first time Sunday May 24 to attend a show. I stopped in to buy lotto tickets. The lady working in the store was extremely rude. It was at 659 pm. I guess her shift was ending at 7. She was rude and trying to put in her coat and shoes while she was cashing me out. Not a pleasant experience at all. She should not be in customer service if this is how she treats customers.
