I visited casino Rana for the first time Sunday May 24 to attend a show. I stopped in to buy lotto tickets. The lady working in the store was extremely rude. It was at 659 pm. I guess her shift was ending at 7. She was rude and trying to put in her coat and shoes while she was cashing me out. Not a pleasant experience at all. She should not be in customer service if this is how she treats customers.
Beautiful Gift Shop. Purchased Lotto Max Ticket. Staff are so friendly. Store also sell Snacks, Chocolates too. You can buy Lottery Tickets from the OLG Lotto Vending Machine too. Located Casino Rama Building.
